This vital role functions as the greeter and first face interaction at SVMoA’s Ketchum museum location, in-person and via phone, and this position is responsible for box office operations for all SVMoA events. This position also serves as the primary administrative support for Ketchum operations serving the general staff, artistic director and Board of Directors. A successful candidate for this role enjoys interacting with the public and has prior positive experience performing administrative, office and customer service functions and an ability to stay focused on multiple tasks and deadlines with frequent interruptions.
Note: for this role office hours are Tue–Sat.
