About the location:

Hillside Grain blends modern science and old-world stone milling to produce flour from grains grown adjacent to the mill. Our practices in the field include improving soil health, crop diversity, water conservation, while in the mill we work to produce healthy, high quality, unadulterated, fresh flour.
