TEEN WORKSHOP: Let's Print Hailey

with Kimber Traue (for students in grades 6–12)

Thursday, July 7, 2022 - 12:00 PM

Let’s Print Hailey! is a workshop designed to capture an environment through printmaking. Students will use textures and surfaces from their surroundings to create unique and interesting multi-layered prints. Students will also design and create a personal chop, or stamp, to finish their prints with their own signature seal. Artwork created in this workshop will be displayed in the SVMoA Ketchum Classroom.

This workshop takes place from 12–4pm.

About The Instructor

Additionally, Kimber has an MA in literacy and delights in using visual art strategies to support reading skills. Currently she teaches art and reading at Bellevue Elementary School. In her personal art practice, Kimber works with watercolor, printmaking, mixed-media and fiber arts.

Teen workshops are generously supported by Joyce B. Friedman.
