SPECIAL EVENT/WORKSHOP: Somatic Yoga & Sound Healing

Yoga from the inside—focusing on feeling, not doing. Students will be guided through slow and deliberate movements to heighten body awareness and release tension in the body. The class will end with the healing sound of the song and harmonium. Students should wear comfortable clothing they can move in.

Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket for the practice.

About the Instructor

Crystal Markham-Brown is a yoga teacher and sound healer, and will be presenting on using sound, and especially mantras, as a form of mind healing and recovery from trauma.
