with Alexi Nelson

Saturday, June 6, 2020 - 7:00 AM

THIS CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED. Thank you for your understanding.

Spend a morning at the Centennial Marsh, Camas Prairie. This area is just South of Hill City and is known for its blooming Camas Lilies and Centennial Marsh wildlife refuge.

We will photograph this beautiful, inspiring landscape, learn new ways to enhance our landscape photography skills and enjoy taking photos with a group of like-minded photographers.

This class is an introductory level that will focus mostly on photo composition. Any type of camera is welcome, even smart phones! Students will be given photo ‘assignments’ that will be shared on a Facebook group after class. Depending on student’s knowledge and interest, instructor may address shutter speed/ISO/aperture, however, no experience is necessary to participate in the class.

This class takes place on Saturday, June 6, from 7am-12:30pm. Meet at the Hailey Classroom and drive in own cars to Centennial Marsh, Camas Prairie.
