SPECIAL EVENT/OPENING CELEBRATION & STREET PARTY Honoring Kristin Poole

We’re closing the street and having a party! Join us as we celebrate the opening of our summer BIG IDEA project Gardens: Collaborations with Nature and honor Artistic Director Kristin Poole’s 25 years of service to the arts and our community. Guests will be able to tour the exhibition and enjoy refreshments and live music from Tibbles and Sword outside. Wine offered from SVMoA Cellar Gems.

Curator of Visual Arts, Courtney Gilbert, and SVMoA’s retiring Artistic Director, Kristin Poole, will make remarks at 6 p.m. Several participating artists will also be in attendance.
