(SESSION 2) EVENING EXHIBITION TOUR: Gem State

Thursday, October 29, 2020 - 5:30 PM

Enjoy a glass of wine as you tour the exhibition with The Museum’s curators.

Inspired by Idaho’s nickname, SVMoA’s BIG IDEA project Gem State considers geology—particularly the geology of Idaho and the American West—and uses it as a metaphor for the ideas of time, transformation and history. Inherent in geology is the promise that change through time is both possible and inevitable. The exhibition features work by Mari Andrews and Cynthia Ona Innis, as well as commissioned projects by Blane De St. Croix and Brad Johnson.

THIS EVENT TAKES PLACE THU, OCT 29, FROM 5:30–6:30PM.

FREE, pre-registration required. Each session is limited to 10 participants.
