 10am–4pm (rescheduled from the original dates of Mar 13 &amp;amp\;\n14).</h5> <hr /> <h5>About the instructor: </h5> <p>Morgan Buckert builds\ncustom
  cowboy boots with bespoke patterns\, traditional construction\ntechniques
 \, and vintage machinery in Hailey\, Idaho. She is 7th generation\nof a Te
 xan ranch family and the influence of cowboy culture is evident in\nall he
 r work. Hailing from Goliad\, Texas\, Morgan has degrees from The\nUnivers
 ity of Texas at Austin and The University of New Mexico. Morgan\nstudied f
 ootwear at Penland School of Crafts and apprenticed with a master\nbootmak
 er in Idaho. Idaho Commission on the Arts has awarded her with three\ngran
 ts\, and she participated in the Traditional Arts Apprenticeship\nProgram.
