Events and Hospitality Associate

This position provides vital support for the entire organization by assisting the Special Events  and Development teams in managing the hospitality functions of events, as well as décor look and feel. Sun Valley Museum of Art seeks a team oriented person who is calm under pressure, and brings a solutions-oriented approach to problems. A successful candidate for this position will have prior positive experience in the world of events, production and hospitality as well as customer service functions and an ability to stay focused on multiple tasks and deadlines with frequent interruptions. Complete proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) required. A desire to serve the community through a not-for-profit charitable organization and an interest in the arts is a must.
